# Failed to load creator profiles (403)

Whenever I login to the site i get a page that says “CMS Dashboard” with text in all tabs saying “Error: Failed to load creator profile (status: 403).”

As mentioned before the Cms dashboard is the creator dashboard, you should have been automatically sent to the browse page, but it is a bug we will fix eventually.

Basically people don’t have a channel to use unless we give them permission to, and without that permision, that page is useless to everyone as they can not access any of the creator tools.
