Good city! This is a quick notice that we have started using forums logins only for now, as this reduces redundancy and security risks on our part. To regain access to your account, simply reset your password. We have changed a bit about how accounts work, instead of managing your account through our old [team84official.com/login](http://team84official.com/login), you can now manage it directly in the forms. However, passwords do not carry over. You’ll need to [update your password](https://team84.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/63000287303-migrating-to-forums) to re-set it. Does this fix logging into 84 expander taking me to the forums which takes me to [team84official.com](http://team84official.com) which takes me to the forums which doesn’t auto take me back to 84 expander so i need to go to 84 expander again and click login again then im logged in ---

If you mean the issue where sometimes it’d just log you into the forums and you need to manually go back to the 84Expander, it should as you are going straight from the forums to the 84Expander instead of using the main site to log in. ---

I noticed that [team84official.com/register](http://team84official.com/register) now takes to the forums register so maybe they made a full switch and they don’t exist anymore? ---

Old accounts should exist, but are separated. The main reason being WordPress “does the funny“ too often, since only the main site uses WordPress, and the accounts here are much better, the old system in being changed to protect privacy and prevent issues in the future. Right now it was a _slightly_ impulsive decision, we thought about it for a long time but we couldn’t test it enough. Right now personally I’ve been assuming a lot more changed than did. ---

If we go back, we are going back to the mercy of a platform that turns random users into admits just because WordPress forced an update. (Nothing happened because we were fast but still.) Maybe we will completely overhaul how they work in the future but for now we don’t want ro risk users data. ---

i dont mind new login thing it looks less ugly now but i cant connect discord for some reason?
